ZPiT "Zamojszczyzna" has existed since 1985. Forever and continue representing the culture and folklore of our region and the whole Poland. The team actively participates in the cultural life of Zamosc, a lot of concerts and organizes many folklore events, including since 2002 is co-organizer of the International Folk Festival "Eurofolk. The activities of the team assisted the Association of Friends of Folk Song and Dance Ensemble "Zamojszczyzna" founded in 1996. Such activity is associated with high maintenance costs, fees for participation in various tournaments, festivals at home and abroad, hiring coaches to live outside the local fees, accommodation, maintenance and purchase of new costumes, especially the large financial contribution requires organized from 7 year folklore festival "Eurofolk. Association PLZPiT "Zamojszczyzna" and membership fees are a major source of funding for the team, but quite often it turns out this is not enough ...
